He has been licensed in Florida since 1988 and has tremendous knowledge and expertise in the commercial/ industrial sectors of Hialeah, North Dade, Medley, Doral, Airport West, and South Broward submarkets. Our one on one boutique-style brokerage company has a solid commitment towards our clients needs.

Daniel Cook Jr is a seasoned sales professional specializing in tenant and landlord representation for sales and leasing of industrial and commercial properties in Miami-Dade and Broward County. With a keen understanding of the local real estate market, dedication to client satisfaction and building long term relationships, Daniel is establishing himself as a trusted advisor in the industry. After graduating from Santa Fe College in Gainesville in 2013 and acquiring his real estate license, Daniel embarked on a career marked by integrity, expertise, and results.

Throughout his journey, he has consistently demonstrated a passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence.

In his quest to continuously sharpen his skills and broaden his horizons, Daniel took a short break from real estate to manage a store selling luxury appliances. This experience not only enriched his knowledge but also provided valuable insights into customer relations and business management. Now, Daniel is back in the real estate arena, driven by a renewed determination to continue building relationships with the community. Eugene C. Ferri III

Eugene C. Ferri III, born in Miami Florida, pursed his education at the University of Florida earning a degree in Economics in 1989. Later attended Florida International University in 1994, focusing on international business.

Gene began his professional journey in inside sales, quickly advancing though various roles, including plant management and research and development. His career took a significant turn when he became the Reginal Sales Manager at Premix Marbeltite/ Acrocrete. Throughout his tenure, he was instrumental in fostering quality relationships and building trust within the South Florida business community.

Notably, Gene was a pioneer in the asphalt shingle recycling market, leading initiative that contributed to sustainability in the industry. His dedication to innovation and excellence eventually guided him to the commercial real estate market, where he obtained his real estate license in 2013. Since then, he has continued to develop quality corporations and assets, following in his father’s footsteps.

Gene’s contributions to his field and his commitment to integrity and excellence have not gone unnoticed. In 202, he was honored to be included in the prestigious “who’s Who in America”, a testament to his impact and influence in the business community.

Michele Horgan

Michele Horgan is the Chief Administrative Officer for Cook Commercial Realty, Inc, and has been with our company since the doors opened in 2000. In addition to overseeing the company’s finances, Michele is a Florida-licensed real estate associate responsible for property management, marketing, research, and office management. She has been instrumental in the growth of our company for the past two decades.

Yovany Rodriguez

Yovany Rodriguez, our newest addition to Cook Commercial Realty. As a small business owner in the construction sector for the past 20 years, Mr. Rodriguez has in-depth knowledge of South Florida communities, residents, and the intricacies of commercial and residential real estate. He brings his knowledge from a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and sales experience in real estate-related fields, such as direct sales of construction services in large projects (of over 250 units), to a diverse client base, helping clients find their desired results. As a Colombian native, he is bilingual and a people person who enjoys meeting one on one with, and getting to know his customers. Mr. Rodriguez is an innate problem solver, an agile and informed decision-maker who employs knowledge-based criteria in his work with colleagues and clients. He specializes in connecting the South Florida commercial real estate market to international investors and clients within Miami-Dade and Broward County.
